Jesse gave out two players for MVP of the All-Star game. The first accounted for all of the NL runs. The second hit the go-ahead home run in the game. Somehow neither cashed, but damn that was impressive. Now, we are back with more strikeout props for the Friday slate. As for the MLB Package? Well, that returned with a sweep from BTB and Jesse. Shohei Othani strikeout ladder - 9+, 10+, 11+ (+102, +196, +350) FanDuel
Shohei is in a zone. I am banking on this extending over the All-Star Break. In eight of his 15 starts this season, he has 9 or more strikeouts. In seven of those eight starts, he went into double digits. Over his last six starts, he has been phenomenal, and four of them he had 10 or more strikeouts. The Braves as a team strikeout more per game than all teams except for the Angels. On average, it is nine times per game. I'm playing this as a unit on the 9+ and a half unit on the 10+ and 11+.
Antonio Senzatela over 3.5 strikeouts +130 (DK)
Senzatela isn't consistent with strikeouts he is actually the exact opposite. In his past six starts, he has exceeded the 3.5 strikeout total in half of them. However, that's the only time he has gotten four or more strikeouts this season. So, why play it? The Brewers strike out more than all but four teams in baseball this year. Last season Senzatela was striking out more batters than he's doing this year, but he also faced the Brewers twice and struck out four or more in both games.
Remember, play these with a fraction of what you'd play on other games.
